About Us
GUTZ Online Communication Services is a company based in the Philippines that provides business process outsourcing services to clients around the world since 2018. Although Gutz is relatively young in the industry as compared to other companies it has a proven track record of delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions to its clients across various domains, such as customer service, telemarketing, English as a second language (ESL), and virtual assistance.
GUTZ OCS operates under the proprietorship of its Chief Executive Officer/ Director Regine Mae E. Gutierrez, and the ardent management of its Chief Operating Officer/Operations Manager, Katherine J. Agripa, alongside a highly competent team of individuals whose dedication and hard work fortify the company's foundations.
Our company has a team of skilled and experienced agents who can handle various types of customer interactions, such as voice, chat, email, and social media. We are also expanding our services in different accounts.
Our Goal
"Bringing Online Communication Services closer to the province of Sorsogon" This has been the initial goal of our company upon it's unveiling last 2018. We have envisioned a journey that will create a lasting impression to individuals searching for their way into the professional world without the need to leave their hometowns and surpass the grueling working routines in distant central business districts. Along with this goal comes the strong determination to welcome as many ESL teachers and Customer service representatives to our team with hopes to bring them a better way of life and contribute meaningful service through online communication.

Job Description
- Plan and teach lessons to help students improve their English skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
- Use fun and interesting activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Check students' progress and give helpful feedback.
- Create a friendly and supportive environment to help students feel confident.
- Change teaching methods to meet the needs of different students.
- Help students prepare for tests, job interviews, or other goals.
- Keep track of attendance, lesson plans, and student progress.
- Stay updated on new teaching tools and methods for ESL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a similar field (TESOL/TEFL certificate preferred).
- With or without experience teaching a Second Language to students of different ages or skill levels.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Ability to make lessons fun and adjust to students' needs.
- Comfortable using tools like Zoom or Skype for teaching.
- Patient, understanding, and excited about helping students learn.
- Knowing another language is a bonus but not required.
